I'm 76 years old and desire to retire now after selling books for since 1984. 

Presently, I only sell at Amazon.com. The inventory is stored and shipped from on my premise, NOT from Amazon warehouses. 

Approximately 15,000 paper books, including both paperback and hard

back . NO e-books are included in the inventory. 

Yes. Initially 2 or 3  eight-hour workdays to explain the basic operation and "ins and outs" of the book selling business. After that, ongoing telephone and e-mail consultations  will be available as requested by the new owner.  I have a very strong desire for the new owner to succeed. Thousands of hours have been invested in picking, listing, and shelving these books over the past 20 years, and I have a strong desire that this labor not be wasted.  A couple of part-time employees  have help me list, pack, and ship the books. I alone have done all the buying.

You don't want my computers and label printers!  They're old. You only need one desktop computer and one label printer. I will show you where to buy the best label printer for the money, or you can pick your  own. 

I have spend hours and hours evaluating and testing the best software to run a bookshop. I will recommend it but you can select something else if you wish.
